How to cancel unused licenses inside the account portal?

Solution

To continue paying only for the license(s) activated on a server (i.e. used licenses), customers need to cancel the unused one(s). In order to do so, please follow these steps

1. Log in to the Tuxcare Portal
2. Click on Manage servers on the product needed;
3. Select the server you would like to remove and click on the trash bin icon on the right
4. Click on Activation Keys on the black banner on the left side and select the product for which you want to cancel an unused license
5. Click on the Remove unused server licenses button

Please, note that step 5 results in removing the unused license and stopping the billing for that license. If step 5 is not completed, the license will remain active and must be paid for regardless it's in use or not.
