Solution

Please refer to the guide below to change the contact email in your account:

1. Please log in to Tuxcare Portal;

2. Click on the icon with your initials (top right hand corner of the webpage);

3. Select the Personal Information section;

4. Change the contact email address in the Email field;

5. Enter your password;

6. Click on the Save button.
