When should the invoice be paid?

Solution

According to the Tuxcare Pricing and Payment Terms described in the Tuxcare Terms of Use, the invoices are due when generated by Tuxcare. The payment can be made at any convenient time within 30 days after the invoice date.

Please note that if an invoice is past due for more than 30 days, customers’ accounts might be locked and the specific service(s) associated with the overdue invoice might be suspended unless the outstanding balance is settled.
