Solution

In a key-based licensing account, customers can purchase Tuxcare licenses and services inside the Tuxcare Portal using the steps below:

• Log in to the Tuxcare Portal (or sign up first);
• Click on the Billing section (right top corner of the page);
• Click on the Purchase section (left menu);
• Click on Buy Now on the product you need
• Add the number of licenses and billing cycle
• Click on Process to checkout to make the payment

 
Afterwards, you will receive in your email the activation key with the instructions for installation.
