How to cancel an active subscription?

Solution
The entire subscription for active licenses can be canceled inside the customer portal.
To do it, do the following, please:
- Login to the TuxCare Portal,
- Go to the Billing section,
- Select Subscriptions on the left sidebar,
- Click Unsubscribe to stop the billing for the active subscription.
Note that the licenses will also be deactivated on registered servers.
