Issue
The customer would like to change the payment method inside the account portal
Environment
- All products
Solution
- Log in to the TuxCare Portal
- Click on Billing (top right corner of the account portal)
- Click on the Payment methods section
- Delete the current payment method (by clicking the basket button).
Please note that if the current payment method is not deleted, it will be set as a backup in case the payment with the Primary payment method fails. - Add a new payment method
- Click Save to save the changes.
