Is it possible to pay with PayPal?

Issue

Customer wants to know if PayPal is a payment method available in TuxCare accounts.

Environment

• All products.

Solution

The option to pay with PayPal is not allowed in TuxCare accounts. Payments can be made by card or bank transfer only. 

To add a card please follow these steps:

1. Log in to the TuxCare Portal
2. Click on Billing (top right corner of the account portal
3. Click on the Payment methods section.
4. Delete the current payment method (by clicking the basket button) if any.
5. Add a new payment method
6. Click Save to save the changes
