How to cancel IP-based license(s)?

Issue

The customer wants to cancel an IP-based license.

Environment

• KernelCare Enterprise products

Solution

• Login to the TuxCare Portal
• Select the product with an activated IP-based license that needs to be canceled from Dashboard -> My Products
• Click on Manage IP Licenses to get the list of servers registered using the IP-based type of license.
• Select the IP that needs to be removed.
• Click on the Basket button to remove the license.
