OVAL file is missing for FIPS from few days

Issue

The OVAL file has been missing for FIPS for a few days. https://repo.tuxcare.com/tuxcare/9.2/

Environment

• AlmaLinux FIPS
• OVAL

Solution

AlmaLinux 9.2 ESU and AlmaLinux 9.2 FIPS are merged together, leading to one OVAL file https://repo.tuxcare.com/tuxcare/9.2/almalinux9.2-esu-oval.xml and one SBOM as well. Therefore, there is no longer any need to use the FIPS repo, as the packages are now all in the ESU repo. We will eventually delete the FIPS repo so there is no need for mirroring it
