KernelCare Yum repository GPG keeps changing

Issue

 KernelCare Yum repository GPG keeps changing.

Yum package GPG has changed, and now it needs to be manually accepted again. They mentioned all DNF automatic auto-updates are failing because of this on many servers. It began to happen on Sep 10 They are asking 

Do you think this is a one-off GPG change?

 Why are we managing the associated Yum repo file so the key is imported and stored locally vs remotely?

 They are aware of ` rpm --import` and they asked 

Question is how often is this going to happen, as otherwise we'll need to automate the fix in some way long term.

Environment

• GPG

Solution

 We're currently working on a task to have the KernelCare release package handle the repo files and keys, so we expect that these issues will not happen after the rollout of that update. Sadly, the work involved has made us move the release date and our current ETA is 2-3 months. 

In the meantime, and as a workaround, it would be more viable to adjust your deploy script to add our key beforehand.
