How to delete a TuxCare account?

Issue

I want to delete a TuxCare account. 

Environment

• All TuxCare products

Solution

In order to delete a TuxCare account, please, use the Submit request option to open a ticket to the Billing department for further assistance.

Cause

• Customers have created several accounts but would like to continue using only one account.
• Customers want to delete active accounts as they no longer plan to use TuxCare products.
